Tesla Model Y: up to 4 passengers, with 3 large suitcases or 5 cabin bags (or an equivalent mixture). For child seats, mobility assistance or oversized luggage, call first. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles require a separately confirmed arrangement.

✧ Pricing policy: £1.50/mile + £0.40/minute, £25 minimum journey fare, plus verified airport fees and road tolls. First 30 minutes waiting free; thereafter £15 per started 30 minutes. Request at least 1 hour ahead. No VAT currently added.

Can I get a fixed price before booking?+

Yes. Once the live calculator is configured, the fare will be calculated for your requested journey before you proceed to payment.

Do you cover airport collections?+

The published guides cover selected airport journeys. Live service coverage and booking availability will be confirmed before accepting paid bookings.

Can I book by telephone?+

Yes. Telephone bookings will be supported by a secure payment link sent by text message after the journey details are agreed.

When is my journey confirmed?+

When live bookings are enabled, your journey will be confirmed after successful payment and an availability check. You will receive a booking reference.
